DESCRIPTION

 
The new Artic 300 mm chucks are offered in two design configurations utilizing the latest heater and material technologies to meet a wide variety of temperature testing requirements for analytical and production probing applications.

Each system consists of a TC1000 controller, 300 mm chuck and the applicable chiller unit to suit the specified temperature range. The ARTIC TC21200 and ARTIC TC81200 chucks utilize thermoelectric cells for rapid temperature ramp rates and excellent temperature uniformity.

The ARTIC TC31200 chuck has been designed with patent pending technology to suit production probing applications, continuous high temperature testing, high probe force applications, high power applications and wide temperature ranges.
